Kiwanis Kiddie Kapers Parade Entry Form

Knight School Playground Entry forms will be collected at the registration table behind the Knight School playgound the day of the parade. No one may participate in the parade with out an entry form. Group entries must have a form for each person in the group. A kiwanian will give you a participant ribbion and will assist you in finding your proper section for judging. The staging area will have signs indicating the division, age group, and section to make it easier for participants to find their proper place. Judging will begin propmptly at 9:00 AM. Entries not in their places by that time will not be judged.The Parade will begin promptly at 10 AM.
Go-Carts, motorbikes, or lawn mowers will not be judged or allowed in the parade. The Canby Kiwanis Club reserves the right to reject any entrant it deems dangerous or in poor taste. No water guns or water baloons.
When riding bicycles, tri-cycles, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, Unicycles, Etc. HELMETS are REQIRED
