Canby
Welcome

For 75 years the Canby Kiwanis Club has been offering a helping hand in our local area and in the world. We subscribe wholeheartedly to the Kiwanis International motto: “Serving the Children of the World.” Most of our volunteer and fundraising activities are directed to activities that help young people.

This year the club is celebrating its 75th anniversary with a variety of special events and projects. The club's founders are shown below, and the club's history is in the "About Us" section.

We want new members from all walks of life who share our commitment to volunteerism, community improvement and good fellowship. Please attend one of our luncheon meetings if you would like to learn more. Our regular meetings are Mondays from noon to 1 p.m. in the Town Hall room above the Thriftway Supermarket on Northeast Second Avenue.

Our major volunteer activities each year are our Food & Toy Drive in December and the Kiddie Kapers Parade which opens the Clackamas County Fair in August. But we also provide support and sponsorship to a wide variety of other projects.

If you would like to help the children of our community, please take a look at what we do under the About Us section. We would like you to be part of our strong community organization.

The men above were the founders of the Canby Kiwanis Club in 1938. Their         identities can by found on the "Club History" page of the "About Us" section.
